LOVE STORY

Following 6 years living in Sydney I returned to Manchester and very quickly began to miss my favourite Aussie treat.   I could only find one coffee shop in the whole of the city where these coconutty, chocolatey, spongey squares of deliciousness were available to buy and after Covid struck those trips to satisfy my craving were no longer an option.  I was left with no choice but to roll up my sleeves and began to bake my own.  

My weekly offerings were an instant hit amongst friends and family and very quickly Love Lamingtons was born.
